Nickle Landscaping is a locally owned and operated company serving Greater Sudbury since 2009. We are hiring experienced Loader Operators for the 2026/2027 winter season.

Responsibilities

- Operate a loader equipped with a snow pusher to clear snow from commercial parking lots and roadways
- Stack and relocate snow as required
- Complete daily snow event documentation and equipment logs
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete routine maintenance, including fueling, greasing, cleaning, and daily machine care




- Keep assigned equipment clean and in good working order
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and site-specific requirements

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a loader with a snow pusher
- Valid Class G driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Available for days, evenings, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays
- Available for on-call winter operations
- Able to work extended shifts during snow events
- Comfortable working in severe winter weather
- Commitment to safe equipment operation and protecting client property

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
