Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and proactive Service Dispatcher to join our team on-site at our office. This full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) position is the heart of our daily operations. In this role, you will be the helpful voice welcoming our clients, carefully listening to their needs via phone and email, and ensuring our road technicians are smoothly coordinated throughout the day.

Responsibilities

- Manage incoming service requests via multi-line phone systems and email with professionalism and clarity.
- Schedule and dispatch locksmith technicians promptly using our scheduling software.
- Maintain accurate data entry of service orders, customer details, and job notes to ensure seamless record keeping.
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding job details, estimated arrival times, and special instructions.
- Monitor the status of ongoing jobs,



providing updates to customers and adjusting schedules as needed for efficiency.
- Coordinate with shipping & receiving departments for parts or equipment needed for service calls.
- Utilize analysis skills to identify workflow improvements, optimize dispatch routes, and enhance overall service delivery.

Experience

- Prior experience with in the locksmith industry a plus
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy in typing and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette in multi-line phone environments.
- Ability to analyze operational data to improve dispatch efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and quick decision-making.
