About Us

Shazzy Group Ltd. is a Windsor-based asset carrier and brokerage running cross-border freight between Canada and the U.S. through the Windsor–Detroit and Port Huron–Sarnia corridors. We run a reefer-equipped fleet of Freightliner Cascadias and Volvo VNLs and handle customs in-house. We’re growing our direct shipper base and need an experienced account manager to own key customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow a portfolio of shipper accounts, acting as their main point of contact
- Prepare quotes and negotiate rates (contract and spot) while protecting margin
- Work daily with dispatch and operations to make sure loads move on time and issues are solved fast
- Prospect and onboard new direct shippers, especially temperature-controlled and cross-border freight
- Coordinate with customs/border staff on PARS/PAPS and documentation requirements
- Track account performance (volume, revenue, on-time service, claims) and run regular customer reviews
- Resolve billing disputes, delays, and service problems professionally
- Keep CRM and TMS records accurate and up to date





What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of account management, sales, or customer-facing experience in trucking, freight brokerage, or 3PL
- Solid understanding of Canada–U.S. cross-border freight and customs processes (PARS/PAPS, ACE/ACI eManifest)
- Reefer/temperature-controlled freight experience is a strong asset
- Proven ability to negotiate rates and keep accounts profitable
- Comfortable with TMS and CRM systems; robust Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Clear, professional communication by phone and email
- Existing book of business or shipper network is a plus
- Eligible to work in Canada; valid passport/ability to cross the border is an asset

What We Offer

- Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year, plus commission/performance bonus
