About the Role

Electrihub Limited supplies electrical switchgear and industrial automation products. We are seeking an organized and reliable individual to manage daily logistics, stock records, vendor coordination, and basic accounts entries.

Key Responsibilities

- Receiving: Receive incoming material and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition against purchase orders.
- Inventory: Record stock receipts, organize material, maintain accurate inventory records, and conduct stock counts.
- Bill entries: Enter vendor invoices, freight charges, and expenses, matching bills with purchase orders and material received.
- Dispatch: Pick, pack, and label customer orders; prepare packing slips and shipping documents; and arrange courier pickups.
- Vendor coordination: Follow up on pending orders, confirm delivery dates, and resolve shortages, damage, or incorrect shipments.
- Shipment tracking:



Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries and communicate updates to the team.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain organized purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and shipping documents.
- Accounts support: Assist with customer invoicing, payment entries, and basic reconciliation.

Requirements
- Experience in logistics, inventory, warehouse operations, or basic bookkeeping preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills; QuickBooks experience is an asset.
- Positive communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to safely handle and pack material.
- Knowledge of electrical or industrial products is an asset.

Working Hours: Part time and full-time opportunities available; schedule to be discussed. Pay: $39,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
