4G Motorsports is a family-owned powersports dealership in Fort McMurray, Alberta. We are looking for a dependable, physically fit and motivated Lot Attendant to support the dealership's daily operations.

This position will help keep the dealership, lot and equipment organized, clean, safe and ready for customers. The successful candidate will also assist with moving powersports units and vehicles, snow clearing, loading and unloading, and deliveries both locally and out of town.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager, the Lot Attendant will support the overall dealership by maintaining the lot, moving machines and vehicles, assisting with deliveries and helping ensure the dealership is clean, organized and ready for customers.

This is an active, hands-on position that requires regular outdoor work in changing weather conditions, physical lifting and the ability to safely operate and move a variety of vehicles and powersports equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain a clean, organized and safe dealership lot

· Move powersports units,



trailers and vehicles around the dealership as required

· Position machines for display, service, pickup and delivery

· Assist with loading and unloading powersports units and equipment

· Prepare machines and vehicles for customer pickup or delivery

· Assist with local and out-of-town vehicle and equipment deliveries

· Complete delivery-related tasks safely and professionally

· Perform snow clearing and ice removal around entrances, walkways and lot areas

· Assist with general lot maintenance and seasonal cleanup

· Keep display units clean and properly positioned

· Check that machines and vehicles are secure when parked or transported

· Assist with fueling, charging and basic preparation of units as directed

· Support the Sales, Service, Parts and management teams as required

· Help maintain clean and organized work areas

· Follow all dealership, transportation and workplace safety procedures

· Report damage, safety concerns or maintenance issues promptly

· Represent 4G Motorsports professionally when interacting with customers and the public

· Complete other dealership support duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

· Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snow, rain and changing weather conditions

· Comfortable operating and moving vehicles, trailers and powersports equipment

· Forklift certification or experience is an asset; however, 4G Motorsports is willing to provide or pay for forklift training and certification for the right candidate

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a dealership, warehouse, delivery, landscaping, snow removal, construction, equipment rental or similar environment is an asset.

Powersports, automotive, trailer or equipment experience is an asset but not required.

COMPENSATION

Salary is negotiable based on experience, qualifications and overall fit for the position.

REQUIREMENTS

· Valid driver's licence

· Minimum of five years of driving experience

· Good, clean driver's abstract required

· Successful completion of a background check is required

· Ability to safely drive and move dealership vehicles, trailers and powersports equipment

· Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting, carrying, loading, unloading and snow clearing

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends and out-of-town deliveries when required
