Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee automotive testing equipment, facility maintenance, and building operations. The successful candidate will lead a multi-trade team, troubleshoot automated systems, manage preventive maintenance programs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for automated testing equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs, work schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with OHSA, Ontario Electrical Safety Code, Ontario Building Code, TSSA requirements, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.
- Track maintenance KPIs, overtime, timekeeping, and inventory.
- Coordinate procurement of parts, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.

Qualifications
- Engineering degree, diploma, or relevant skilled-trades qualification.
- 5–10 years of industrial maintenance and automated equipment troubleshooting experience,



preferably in automotive manufacturing or testing.
- Experience supervising multi-trade teams; unionized workplace experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Ontario safety codes and industrial maintenance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- 100% on-site position; weekend availability required as needed.

Pay: $34.00-$34.66 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
