Perform daily inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and exterior grounds to ensure operational readiness Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and mechanical equipment Respond quickly and professionally to guest maintenance requests to minimize disruption to guest experience Troubleshoot and repair issues such as heating/cooling failures, water leaks, lighting, and appliances Maintain exterior areas including walkways, parking areas, and building envelope (snow removal in Winter) Ensure compliance with fire safety systems, life safety requirements, and Parks/authority regulations Coordinate and support external contractors during major repairs or capital projects Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and work orders Assist with minor renovations, painting, drywall, and carpentry work Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory, ensuring readiness during peak season On-call rotation for emergency maintenance Previous experience in Building Maintenance (PPM) – required Possess working knowledge of computerized Building Maintenance Systems is an asset.
