The Accounts Manager is the person our customers talk to. You'll break down pricing and book orders by email, get artwork checked in Illustrator, build mockups in Photoshop for customer approval, and make sure the blanks are in the shop before the job hits the schedule. Getting customer artwork print-ready and onto mockups for approval.

Making sure blank goods are ordered and in the shop on time. Keeping orders moving through the shop, and flagging anything that stalls. We're a Lean shop and everybody here is expected to improve their own job.

You actually like customer service, and you're valuable at it. You're quick on a computer. You know your way around Photoshop and Illustrator. We're a small company, we need your help to get into the big leagues!
