CPA, Tax & Accounting – Full Time, Permanent

Remote‐first | GTA (Canada)

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 CAD

We're a fast‐growing, modern firm looking for an experienced CPA professional to join our remote‐first team. If you enjoy working closely with owner‐managed businesses, value autonomy, and want a clear path to leadership, this role was built for you.

Responsibilities

- Own client relationships and deliver high‐quality accounting and tax services to small and mid‐sized businesses.
- Manage and execute compilation engagements.
- Prepare and review Corporate (T2) and Personal (T1) tax returns.
- Provide practical tax planning and accounting advice to business owners.
- Partner closely with the team to improve workflows, systems, and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Active Canadian CPA designation.
- 3+ years experience at a small or mid‐sized accounting firm.
- Strong experience with owner‐managed businesses.
- Solid technical foundation in compilations, corporate tax, and personal tax.
