We need someone whose job it is to hold the core functions of this business together and help us get ahead of problems before they become fires. You'll report to our Director of Operations and receive direct mentorship from our CFO, building a real understanding of how a growing business runs from the inside out.

Keep internal communications flowing and scheduling running smoothly across a large, versatile team Manage the full month-end cycle, including bookkeeping entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, and ensuring financial statements are ready for management review. Run payroll for all staff and associates, process profit-sharing distributions, and handle accounts payable.
