Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to manage the operations of our retail store in Morinville, Alberta. The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, lead a team, and ensure top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all store operations, including inventory control.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and attract customers.
- Lead, train, and support staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
- Promote a positive, inclusive work workplace that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle store administration tasks and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards and Alberta Employment Standards regulations.

Qualifications:




- Proven experience in a managerial position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to providing an excellent shopping experience.
- Thorough understanding of inventory management practices.
- Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer applications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, trustworthy, and possess a strong work ethic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience:
