Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manufacturing Plant Foreman to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. This role ensures production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality.

Duties

- Lead and supervise production teams across multiple shifts.
- Coordinate workflow, staffing, and equipment usage.
- Maintain safety standard and enforce compliance with WOrkSafeBc regulations.
- Monitor production output, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Train new employees and support ongoing shill development.
- Communicate with management on performance, maintenance needs, and scheduling.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Proven leadership or foreman level supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and quality control.
- Ability to read production schedules and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
