Safety

Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Follow all safety laws, regulations, codes, policies, and procedures. Report immediately all unsafe conditions or hazards to the appropriate person.

Quality Alert Machine Shop

Supervisor to issues with product quality. Complete QC checklists to verify the quality of the product manufactured meets standards. to physically verify product quality. Program CNC machines by entering instructions and reference points. Set up CNC machines by installing tools, attachments collets, bushings etc. Verify settings by measuring positions and performing dry runs.

Continuous Improvement

Aid in the development of production procedures where necessary.
