- Social media: Create,

schedule and monitor on-brand content across social channels, while contributing ideas that invite conversation and connection.

- Season Launch: Assist with communications, content, logistics and promotional activity for our annual season launch.
- Client relations: Communicate clearly and professionally with rental clients, gather information and assets, and help keep promotional timelines on track.
- Team support: Collaborate across departments, contribute ideas and pitch in where needed in a busy live performance environment.

Qualifications and Core Competencies:
- Attention to detail: You take pride in producing accurate, polished work
- Organization and reliability: You can juggle competing priorities, follow established processes and meet deadlines without losing sight of the details.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving: You're comfortable finding answers, learning new tools and figuring things out
- Analytical mindset: You have an interest in learning from results
- Communication skills: You can write clear, engaging copy and communicate professionally with colleagues, clients and community partners.
- Initiative and adaptability: You take ownership of your work,

enjoy pursuing new ideas independently, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to help wherever needed.

Because this is an entry-level position, we welcome early-career applicants and candidates whose experience comes from school, volunteer work, community projects, internships or other transferable settings. What We Offer: This is a rare opportunity to build your career while helping the Fredericton Playhouse prepare for an exciting new chapter: the transition to the Hawkes Centre for the Arts.
