Renew+Refresh is an professional medical spa in the heart of Cochrane with an established clientele, a skilled team of nurse injectors and aestheticians, and a culture built on safety, education and transparency. We’re looking for a physician or nurse practitioner who wants more than a sign-off role. We want a leader who will help execute our clinical vision, mentor our team and share in the success of the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Clinical Leadership

- Provide medical oversight for all injectable, laser and energy-based treatments
- Develop, review and sign off on clinical protocols, medical directives and standing orders
- Complete prescribing and assessments in line with provincial regulations
- Set the standard for safety, infection control and complication management
- Be available to the team for consults, complications and clinical questions

Team Mentorship

- Mentor and support our nurse injectors and aesthetic staff
- Lead or support training on current treatments, techniques and technologies
- Help foster a culture of continuous learning and evidence-based care

REQUIREMENTS

- Physician licensed with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) or nurse practitioner registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA), in good standing
- Current professional liability protection (e.g., CMPA or CNPS)
- Experience in aesthetic or cosmetic medicine, or a strong interest in the field
- Familiarity with medical spa regulations, delegation and medical directives in Alberta
- Nice to have: hands-on injecting experience, dermatology or plastics background, or prior medical director experience
