Family Physicians: a multidisciplinary clinic with locations in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta (4 positions)

Pediatrician: Clinic in Ottawa, Ontario (Full-Time)

Both clients have rapidly growing patient bases and offer strong operational support, so physicians can focus on patient care.

Role 1: Family Physicians Calgary (2 positions) and Edmonton (2 positions)

Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population within a modern clinic setting, backed by a full team of Medical Office Assistants, an in-house Licensed Practical Nurses and an onsite pharmacy. The clinic's rapidly growing patient base means a full panel is achievable within 3 to 6 months. EMR: Med Access. Both permanent and locum arrangements are available. Provide full scope family medicine in a modern, multidisciplinary clinic.

Responsibilities

- Deliver full scope family medicine, including primary care visits, chronic disease management, women's health, and pediatric care
- Review labs and diagnostic imaging
- Complete medical forms and documentation
- Conduct occasional virtual visits

Qualifications

- Eligible for CPSA provisional/full license
- Multilingual skills are considered an asset
- Open to permanent or locum arrangements

Required Skills

- Full scope family medicine experience
- Ability to manage chronic diseases
- Experience in women's health and pediatric care

Preferred Skills

- Experience with EMR: Med Access
- Strong communication skills

Pay range and compensation package

- Full-time: $280,000–$460,000 annually
- High-volume: $500,000–$650,000
- Extra income from forms, procedures, physicals, IV therapy, etc.

Role 2: Pediatrician, Full-Time (Ottawa)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Full-Time Pediatrician to join its high-demand, pediatric-focused clinic. This is a high-volume, high-income opportunity with immediate patient flow, designed for physicians who want to build a stable, long-term practice in Canada.

- Strong administrative team managing scheduling, billing and operations
- Located in a family-dense area of Nepean East, close to The Ottawa Hospital – Civic Campus
- A second clinic nearby will further increase patient demand and growth opportunities

Who We're Looking For

- Pediatrician (or internationally trained equivalent)
- Eligible or willing to pursue licensure with the CPSO
- Motivated to build a busy, long-term practice
- Strong interest in team-based pediatric care
