Faculty/Department Faculty of Media, Art, and Performance Unit Media, Art, and Performance-Music Employee Group URFA CUPE 5791 Job Family Category Sessional Number of Vacancies 1 Position Summary A high-level ensemble open to musicians from the Music Department, the university and the wider community (audition may be required). The University Orchestra performs challenging works in a wide range of styles and eras. Each semester it presents a full concert in the University Theatre.

Position Requirements The successful candidate should possess a Master’s degree in conducting or demonstrate extensive work and teaching experience with orchestra or wind band and have an active profile of teaching orchestra or wind band. University teaching experience is preferred.
