The Planning and Execution: maximize sales and profits of the assigned stores by monitoring and controlling food and labour; Execute and maintain all current and on‐going marketing promotions, materials and tools.

Staff Management: Ensure all recent staff are properly trained, coach and follow up with the crew on the training progress of every new trainee; Lead actively and efficiently work on an assigned store; React quickly to store emergencies and notify the right people to arrange crisis management when needed. Maintain and promote Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, ensuring that all assigned stores are in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
