Dumak is one of North America's largest distributors of stretch film and packaging tape. We supply industrial packaging, safety and facility products to manufacturers, warehouses, food and beverage plants, retailers and distributors across Canada and the United States. We are hiring a national sales manager to lead Dumak's sales across the United States and Canada. You will work from our Montreal office in Laval every day.

What you will do Lead the regional sales managers and their teams in every region. Know what each region is doing every day, and keep every key account called, visited and supplied. Take the calls that matter with major customers, and win back accounts that are slipping. Travel to the regions and to key accounts as needed. What you need You are very good on the phone, including the hard calls with major customers.



You can lead managers across several regions and hold them to a daily plan. You speak and write French and English. The role covers customers and teams across the United States as well as Canada.

Pay and perks Starting at $100,000 CAD a year, plus bonus. Health, dental and life insurance, mileage reimbursement, a monthly cell phone allowance, personal and vacation days, and paid training. No minimum experience is required.
