Join an Established Multidisciplinary Clinic Focused on Pain, Rehabilitation, Wellness & Longevity

Divergent Healthcare is seeking a passionate and clinically experienced Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team.

We are a busy, established Calgary clinic specializing in pain management, injury rehabilitation, and integrative healthcare, with an expanding focus on preventative wellness, healthy aging, and longevity.

Our team includes physicians, chiropractors, registered nurses, and other healthcare practitioners working collaboratively to provide comprehensive patient care.

We are looking to introduce a naturopathic practitioner who can complement our existing clinical services by providing individualized naturopathic assessments, nutritional and supplementation recommendations, and evaluations for potential IV nutrient therapy where clinically appropriate.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ND looking to expand their practice within an established clinical environment, with access to an existing patient population and opportunities for multidisciplinary referrals.

The Opportunity

We are initially looking for a Naturopathic Doctor to provide consultations and patient care one day per week, on Saturdays, with the potential to expand based on patient demand and mutual interest.

Our patients frequently seek additional support beyond conventional treatment, including nutritional optimization, supplementation, recovery strategies, preventative healthcare, and integrative approaches to chronic health concerns.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with our existing practitioners and independently assess patients to determine whether naturopathic interventions may be beneficial as part of their overall healthcare strategy.

Our affiliated sister clinic, Refirm, also specializes in advanced face and body aesthetic treatments, creating additional opportunities to support patients interested in wellness, healthy aging, and longevity.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive naturopathic consultations, patient assessments,

and follow-up visits.
- Evaluate patients presenting with chronic pain, injury-related concerns, fatigue, nutritional deficiencies, wellness concerns, and other conditions appropriate for naturopathic care.
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed naturopathic treatment recommendations.
- Assess nutritional and supplementation needs, recommending appropriate therapeutic supplements when clinically indicated.
- Evaluate patients for potential IV nutrient therapy, including clinical indications, contraindications, and suitability.
- Where authorized and appropriate, prescribe or order IV therapies for administration by qualified nursing personnel under established clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with our physicians, registered nurses, chiropractors, and other healthcare practitioners to support coordinated patient care.
- Provide preventative health, lifestyle, and longevity-focused consultations.
- Maintain professional clinical documentation and appropriate follow-up care.
- Participate in a collaborative, patient-centred treatment environment while maintaining independent clinical judgment.

Qualifications

Required:

- Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from a recognized naturopathic medical education program.
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA).
- Eligibility to practise naturopathic medicine in Alberta.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient management skills.
- Interest in collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare.
- Availability to practise on Saturdays.

Preferred Assets:

- Experience with therapeutic supplementation and nutritional medicine.
- Appropriate training and authorization related to IV nutrient therapy.
- Experience in integrative pain management, chronic conditions, injury recovery,

or functional health.
- Interest in preventative medicine, healthy aging, wellness, and longevity.
- Experience collaborating with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation practitioners.
