We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New Home Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and showcasing our new home offerings. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand the needs of clients will be essential in helping them find their dream home.

Duties

- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and benefits of each home.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up with potential clients regularly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that effectively promote new properties in the market.
- Negotiate terms of sale and assist clients through the closing process.
- Provide administrative support by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties efficiently.
- Experience in property management is a plus, enhancing your ability to address client inquiries effectively.
- Proficient administrative skills for handling paperwork and documentation accurately.

Full Time

Monday - Thursday 3pm - 8pm Saturday and Sunday & Stat Holidays 12pm-5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,500.00-$100,000.00 per year
