Duties

- Process foreign currency exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all security protocols
- Handle all cash transactions with precision
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering inquiries, and offering product suggestions to meet their needs
- Promote additional services and currency products through friendly upselling techniques
- Maintain strict cash handling procedures to safeguard assets and prevent discrepancies
- Conduct regular cash management activities such as balancing tills and preparing reports for audit purposes




- Follow security procedures diligently during night hours to protect both staff and customers

Requirements

- Prior experience in customer service or sales within financial services or retail environments is preferred
- Strong cash handling skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures and cash management best practices
- Excellent math skills to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customers
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services in a friendly manner
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts consistently and reliably
