Reporting to the Parts & Service Manager, the Shop Clerk plays a key part in keeping shop operations running smoothly.

The Shop

Clerk will manage work orders from start to finish, support preventative maintenance scheduling, coordinate with technicians and suppliers, and handle essential administrative tasks that keep equipment and workflows on track. Review regular maintenance schedule of equipment, as per GPS data and inform shop if maintenance required. Enter technician daily job notes in accounting software.

Experience in parts management is an asset. Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of parts & equipment.
