InMySkin Wellness & Aesthetics is looking to welcome an established healthcare practitioner who is passionate about women's health and is seeking a beautiful, professional clinical environment from which to operate and grow their independent practice.

This is not a traditional employment position.

We are specifically interested in connecting with an experienced practitioner who has an existing or developing patient base and is looking for the right clinic space and professional environment to call home.

Our vision is to expand InMySkin's multidisciplinary approach to wellness by introducing a dedicated women's health offering focused on helping women navigate the changes that occur throughout adulthood, from reproductive health through perimenopause, menopause and healthy aging.

Areas of Practice The ideal practitioner may have experience or a focused interest in areas such as:

- Women's health
- Perimenopause and menopause
- Hormonal health and symptom management
- Menopause hormone therapy, where within professional scope
- Metabolic health
- Healthy aging and longevity
- Weight-management medicine
- Insulin resistance and metabolic risk
- Sexual health and wellness
- Genitourinary health and menopause
- Bone and cardiovascular health through midlife
- Sleep, stress and lifestyle medicine
- Hair-loss assessment
- Nutritional health
- Preventative health
- Evidence-informed supplementation, where appropriate
- Comprehensive laboratory assessment and interpretation, where within professional scope

We are not looking to absorb an established practitioner into a generic clinic model.

We want to create an environment where the right professional can maintain their clinical identity, patient relationships and area of expertise while benefiting from operating within an established wellness and aesthetics environment.

For someone who already has a loyal patient base but no longer wants the overhead, administrative burden or isolation associated with maintaining a standalone location, this could be an excellent fit.

this may appeal to a practitioner who currently operates primarily through virtual care but would like a professional Calgary location for in-person consultations.

A Collaborative Patient Experience

There is natural overlap between women's health, healthy aging and the services already offered at InMySkin.

Patients may independently seek support for concerns involving skin changes, hair loss, body composition, menopause, wellness and aesthetic aging.

Our intention is to create opportunities for appropriate interdisciplinary collaboration, not to create mandatory referrals or bundled medical treatment.

Each practitioner remains responsible for practising within their professional scope, regulatory requirements and independent clinical judgment.

What You Bring The successful practitioner will be responsible for maintaining all licensing, registration, professional liability insurance and other requirements applicable to their profession and independent practice.

Depending upon the final arrangement, the practitioner would generally maintain responsibility for their own:

- Clinical decision-making
- Patient records and privacy obligations
- Prescribing, ordering and follow-up where applicable
- Professional licensing and insurance
- Professional standards and regulatory compliance
- Patient relationships and continuity of care

Specific operational details would be established as part of the practice agreement.

Practice Arrangement

This is an independent practice opportunity rather than a salaried employee position.

Compensation and clinic-use structure are negotiable and may include:

- Fixed monthly room rental
- Part-time room rental
- Designated clinic days
- Other mutually agreeable independent-practice arrangements
