Your role will focus on client-centric nursing and daily living support. IHAL is searching for caring Registered Practical Nurses to provide in-home care for clients in the Belleville area. This role involves a blend of clinical support, personal care, and emotional reassurance, with a flexible schedule of 2 days a week. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will assess health changes and support chronic disease management.
