Beacon Children's Centre is a pediatric clinic offering ABA, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology services. Our team supports children with developmental needs in a warm, evidence-based environment. We are OAP-eligible and COTO-regulated.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a registered Occupational Therapist to join our growing clinical team on a contractor basis. This is an excellent prospect for an OT who wants a flexible, pediatric-focused caseload in a supportive interdisciplinary setting.
What You'll Do
- Conduct OT assessments and deliver individual therapy sessions (in-clinic, in-home, and virtual)
- Collaborate with ABA and SLP team members on shared clients
- Maintain session notes and documentation in Jane App
- Participate in parent meetings and progress reporting as needed
What We're Looking For
- Registered with COTO (required)
- Experience with pediatric clients, preferably with developmental or ABA-related presentations
- Availability during weekday afternoons/evenings and/or weekends (after-school hours are key)
- Comfortable working independently as a contractor
Compensation
- $75–$95/hr (commensurate with experience)
- Flexible scheduling — set your own hours within client availability
- Stable, growing caseload with OAP-funded and private-pay clients
