Job Summary

Innerlogue Therapy & Psychology is a growing multidisciplinary mental health practice with three locations across Calgary: Harvest Hills, Kensington, and Midnapore. Our team of psychologists, counsellors, and mental health professionals provides collaborative, client-centred care to children, adolescents, and adults.

We are looking for a Registered Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time, independent contractor basis. This opportunity is ideal for an OT who enjoys working with both children and adults and has a particular interest in the intersection of physical health, neurological conditions, chronic pain, and mental health.

Areas of Clinical Interest

We welcome applicants with experience or a strong interest in one or more of the following areas:

- Chronic Pain & Rehabilitation: Chronic pain, persistent physical symptoms, fatigue management, pacing, and functional rehabilitation.
- Neurological Conditions: Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), acquired brain injuries, neurological rehabilitation, and other conditions affecting daily functioning.
- Mental Health: Anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, burnout, and supporting participation in meaningful daily activities.
- Children & Adolescents: Neurodevelopmental conditions, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory processing differences, emotional regulation, and adaptive functioning.
- Daily Living & Functional Independence: Executive functioning, activities of daily living, return-to-work planning, and improving independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-informed interventions to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Support clients in improving daily functioning, self-management, and participation in meaningful activities.




- Collaborate with psychologists, counsellors, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.

Qualifications

- Registered and in positive standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Alberta (ACOT).
- Eligible to practise independently in Alberta.
- Experience working with children, adults, or both.
- Interest or experience in chronic pain, neurological rehabilitation, mental health, or neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, client-centred approach.
- Professional liability insurance appropriate for independent practice.
