Plan, coordinate and manage available resources according to the daily and future volume of your sectors, as well as the total volume of the Distribution Center Ensure that daily operations are carried out successfully according to the quality and productivity standards set by the Distribution Center Manager Follow up on the quality and productivity results of your work team. Ensure that appropriate action is taken with employees who fail to meet established quality and productivity standards. Develop and document policies and procedures for business sectors.

receiving and quality control sectors Participate in the development, monitoring and followup of budgets for its business sectors 5 years' experience managing and supervising operations in a national distribution center ~ Bachelor's degree in administration, logistics, operations or equivalent professional experience an asset ~ Experience managing supervisors and work teams in a unionized environment ~ Proven work experience demonstrating versatility in supervising the basic functions of a Distribution Center: receiving, shipping, order picking and inventory ~ Ability to react and make decisions quickly, team spirit and ability to work under pressure ~ Results, quality and customer service oriented approach ~ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Word and Excel ~ Experience of working with an integrated warehouse management system (WMS) Access to the GreenShield+ telemedicine platform, including virtual consultations with healthcare professionals and pharmacy services An employer that's involved in the community Teamwork and ongoing training A comprehensive training program for all recent hires RONA is committed to encouraging diversity and inclusion.
