Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Osteopath to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide holistic musculoskeletal treatments aimed at improving patient mobility, reducing pain, and promoting overall well-being. Duties

- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and develop tailored treatment strategies.
- Perform manual therapy techniques, including massage, stretching, and joint manipulation, to alleviate pain and restore function.
- Maintain detailed case management records, documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture correction, and self-care practices to support long-term health.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as nurses, physiotherapists, and medical professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment plans clearly.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently using Microsoft Outlook and Word processing tools to ensure timely patient care.





Requirements

- Proven experience as an Osteopath or in a similar manual therapy role with a focus on musculoskeletal health.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, case management practices, and acute care procedures.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus for serving diverse patient populations.
- Experience working in hospital settings or with pediatric and adult patients is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management abilities to handle a busy caseload effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge related to anatomy and physiology to inform treatment approaches.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities that enhance patient interactions across different cultural backgrounds.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and correspondence purposes.
