We work with contractors, builders, renovation companies, interior designers, and homeowners throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. We are seeking motivated, self-employed sales professionals interested in building long-term business relationships and growing their income through a performance-based commission opportunity.

What You'll Do

- Independently identify and develop recent business opportunities.
- Establish relationships with general contractors, flooring installers, builders, renovation companies, and interior designers.
- Promote TXIT's flooring, tile, and architectural wall panel products.
- Generate customer leads and coordinate quotations with our team.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat orders.
- Manage your own sales activities and business development schedule.

Who We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in flooring, tiles, building materials, construction, or renovations.




- Existing connections within Calgary's construction and renovation industry are an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated individuals capable of independently generating leads and closing sales.
- Reliable transportation for customer visits.
- Comfortable working independently on a commission-only basis.

100% Commission-Based – Uncapped Earning Potential

Commission rates vary by product category and will be discussed with qualified candidates.
