Owner Operator – Calgary, Lethbridge & Taber Route

Independent Contractor

Cold Shot is looking for a reliable and motivated Owner Operator to handle package pickups and deliveries between Calgary, Lethbridge, and Taber, Alberta, with a return route to Calgary. This opportunity is suitable for someone who owns a reliable 1-ton truck and can manage scheduled pickups and deliveries along the assigned route.

Responsibilities

- Pick up and deliver packages between Calgary, Lethbridge, and Taber, returning to Calgary daily.
- Complete assigned daily pickups and deliveries according to the route schedule.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
- Load and unload packages as required.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.
- Use a scanner/portable data terminal to process shipments and confirm deliveries.
- Ensure packages are handled safely and delivered on time.

Requirements

- Must have your own reliable 1-ton truck.




- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
- Clean driving record and Driver’s Abstract.
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle over long distances and in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.

Compensation

- $600 per day
- Independent contractor is responsible for vehicle expenses, fuel, insurance, maintenance, and other operating costs.

Calgary – Lethbridge – Taber – Calgary, Alberta

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Daily route and schedule will be assigned by Cold Shot.
