Summer Painting Crew Member (May–August)

Precision Painting is hiring motivated university students to join our residential interior and exterior painting crews for the summer. You’ll work full-time from May through August, learn a practical skill quickly, and earn real money while working with other driven, positive students.

No painting experience required. We train you from day one.

At the start of the summer, you’ll set a personal income goal with your manager and build a plan to hit it. This is one of the few student jobs where effort and responsibility actually matter.

Earnings

- Average painter earns ~$20/hour
- Top painters earn $23–$26/hour.
- Typical summer earnings: ~$9,000 (May–August)
- High performers can earn $12,000+

Most new hires reach near-professional painting quality within two weeks, even with no prior experience,



thanks to hands-on training and one-on-one coaching. Promotions and pay increases come quickly for people who take initiative and deliver quality work.

What We’re Looking For

- Self-motivated and independent
- Strong problem-solving skills and accountability
- Comfortable with physical work (ladders, outdoor summer conditions)
- Attention to detail and pride in finished work
- Clear, professional communication

Requirements

- Full-time access to a vehicle
- Minimum non-GDL driver’s license
