Legal Assistant - Floater Our client, a top tier law firm located in downtown Toronto is hiring! They are seeking a Corporate or Real Estate Legal Assistant - Floater for its downtown Toronto office. Coverage for Legal Assistants when out of the office Supporting assigned lawyers, clerks or legal assistants with preparing, revising and proofreading legal documents Time entry and client billing Schedule travel, appointments and meetings Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience as a legal assistant in either a corporate or real estate practice.
They must also be versatile, proactive, have excellent organizational and communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
