Luminous Auto Salon specializes in paint protection film, vehicle wraps, ceramic coatings, window tint, and detailing. We’re looking for an organized, personable assistant with previous sales experience and a solid knowledge of cars to support customer inquiries, follow-ups, and daily shop coordination.

You should be comfortable talking with customers, understanding their needs, explaining options, and asking for the booking.

What you’ll do

- Answer incoming calls and respond to texts, emails, and social media inquiries.
- Follow up on quotes, missed calls, and older leads to turn inquiries into appointments.
- Learn our service packages, explain their advantages, and provide quotes using approved pricing.
- Handle basic sales objections and help customers choose suitable services, with technical support from our sales manager.
- Book appointments, collect deposits, and follow up with customers who miss their appointments.
- Confirm bookings, send drop-off instructions, and coordinate vehicle pickups.
- Communicate production-approved updates to customers.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and prepare customer paperwork.
- Keep accurate CRM notes, lead stages, and follow-up reminders.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable.

What you’ll bring

- Previous sales experience, including following up with prospects and converting inquiries into purchases or bookings.
- Good general automotive knowledge,



including familiarity with vehicle makes, models, and common automotive terminology.
- Confidence speaking with customers by phone, text, and in person.
- The ability to recommend services based on customer needs and explain value clearly.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to manage several customer requests.
- Comfort using computers, calendars, and CRM software.

Additional assets

- Experience in automotive sales, service advising, detailing, tint, wraps, or paint protection.
- Familiarity with PPF and ceramic coatings.
- Experience using GoHighLevel or another CRM.

You don’t need to be a mechanic or installer. We’ll provide training on our specific services, products, pricing, and processes.

Schedule and compensation

- Shifts within our Monday–Saturday business hours of 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
- Exact days and hours agreed upon before starting.
- Potential for additional hours and responsibilities based on business needs and performance.
