About Us
Property Partners Contracting is a growing property maintenance and renovation company serving residential and commercial properties throughout Greater Victoria.
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Part-Time Material Runner to assist our field technicians and operations team with material pickups, deliveries, and general job site support.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to job sites.
- Purchase materials from hardware stores and suppliers as directed by management.
- Transport tools and equipment between job sites.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Complete urgent and scheduled supply runs.
- Return unused or incorrect materials to suppliers.
- Maintain and submit purchase receipts.
- Assist with inventory organization and material storage.
- Provide light general labour and job site cleanup when needed.
- Communicate with the Operations Manager regarding deliveries and assignments.
- Complete additional operational support duties as required.
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 BC driver's licence and satisfactory driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Able to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physically capable of safely lifting and transporting construction materials.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and communication.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and hardware stores is an asset.
- Previous delivery, construction, or maintenance experience is an asset but not required.
Vehicle Arrangements A company vehicle can be supplied when needed, subject to availability and authorization. Applicants are not required to own a truck or commercial vehicle. Any use of a personal vehicle for work-related deliveries must be approved in advance, with reimbursement arrangements confirmed by management.

- Flexible part-time hours based on company workload.
