Your Role:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be an important part of our customers’ clean-water journey. You’ll help customers find the right products and solutions for their needs, share your knowledge about water quality and hydration, and create a welcoming experience every time they visit.

You don’t need to be a water expert when you start — we’ll provide the training and support you need to grow your knowledge and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Experience & Sales

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in-store and through our drive-thru. (must be able to lift 50 pound water bottles througout the day)
- Help customers understand our water products, filtration systems, and services, recommending solutions that fit their needs.
- Build lasting customer relationships through genuine connection, trust, and helpful advice.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals while keeping customer needs at the heart of every interaction.
- Book customer appointments for sales consultations and service visits.

Retail Operations

- Opening and closing the retail store.
- Receive shipments, manage inventory, and help keep products organized and stocked.
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising throughout the store.
- Keep the retail space clean, organized,



and welcoming for customers and team members.
- Assist with drive-thru service, including handling and lifting water bottles weighing up to 50 lbs.

- A high school diploma or equivalent (O.S.S.D. or above).
- At least two years of sales and/or customer service experience.
