Open for Full‐Time, Part‐time and Casual roles Speech Language Pathologist We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist(s) who is excited to work independently with primarily adult clients in their home settings on a face‐to‐face basis and through virtual sessions. You will have a schedule that works for you and full control over your days. If you want to use a variety of your therapy skills to improve the well‐being of your clients and build a passion for Home Care, this role is right for you.

Provide assessments in a home setting based on presenting impairment or diagnosis using standardized assessment tools. Because we use a hybrid model of care, including face‐to‐face and virtual, you can build a schedule that works for you and your client. We value an independent and flexible Speech Language Pathologist while providing a dedicated support and training system.

Partner with our client's family members, caregivers and other health care professionals regarding care goals and service plans. Graduate of a recognized Post‐Secondary program in Speech Language Pathology Current active registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech‐Language Pathologists of Ontario Flexible and positive organizational skills Multilingual language skills are an asset Experience providing home‐based services is an asset, but new graduates are welcome!
