We are looking for a Parts & Inventory Advisor to join our team! The ideal candidate would work well individually and as part of a team to achieve all requirements and deadlines for part ordering and managing inventory. Duties include and are not limited to:

- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Monitoring the current parts inventory and completing weekly and monthly counts
- Pricing parts to maintain profitability
- Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
- Helping technicians find the correct parts and quoting them
- Overseeing special orders
- Collaborating with service team to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- Completing truck inventory for service technicians and daily replenishment





A successful candidate will posses the following skills:

- Sales and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Mathematical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Previous HVAC experience is a bonus but will train the right candidate
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and sometimes loud environment
- Leadership skillsto keep the parts department running smoothly
- Product knowledge to ensure they identify parts correctly and recommend the needed parts

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
