Personal Support Worker (Casual) Pine Meadow Nursing Home Casual Posting Date Pine Meadow Nursing Home Reporting to the Director of Care, the Personal Support Worker (PSW) you will provide direct care to residents in accordance with policies, procedures and work routines. Assist residents with mobility, feeding, bathing, toileting and personal grooming Encourage resident participation in activities and programs Provide emotional and social support to residents and families PSW certification, from an Ontario post-secondary institution or district school board that meets the requirements set by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities.

Experience with an older adult population an asset. Strong customer and resident service skills.

Experience in a high paced customer service setting an asset. Flexible and willingness to learn new tasks. Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English (other languages an asset).
