We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Tagalog Speaking Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need of support within their homes or care facilities. Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote comfort and independence.
- Administer medications accurately according to prescribed schedules and document all medication-related activities diligently.
- Support clients during meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met while respecting dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and reduce feelings of isolation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living setting.
- Monitor clients’ health status,



report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly.
- Assist with transfers and mobility using proper techniques to ensure safety for both clients and caregivers.

Skills

- Prior experience in assisted living facilities or nursing homes demonstrating familiarity with senior care practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments such as dementia.
- Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety procedures.
- Competence in home care tasks including cleaning, meal preparation, and basic household management.
- Experience working with diverse populations requiring personalized care plans.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
