What We're Looking For • Must have: PSW certificate or equivalent (nursing students and internationally trained nurses welcome) • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain • Negative TB test or chest X-ray • Reliable transportation to client homes • Access to a smartphone • Compassionate, dependable,

What You'll Do • Assist clients with personal care and daily routines • Provide companionship and emotional support • Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping • Assist with mobility, outings, and errands • Provide medication reminders and assistance within your scope • Follow individualized care plans and complete visit documentation
