Compensation

- Salary: $70.00 to $80.00 an hour (commensurate with experience)

Duties

- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while verifying dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, explaining proper usage, potential side effects, and storage instructions.
- Collaborate with local healthcare professionals to develop and review patient-specific treatment plans.
- Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapy as needed in consultation with physicians.
- Maintain detailed records of medication dispensation, patient interactions, and pharmacy inventory control.
- Ensure absolute compliance with all legal, safety,



and regulatory requirements related to community pharmacy operations.
- Educate patients on medication safety, medical terminology, and health maintenance practices.

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience working as a Pharmacist; background in hospital, acute care, or fast-paced community pharmacy settings is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical administration protocols, and local healthcare structures.
- Experience with pediatric medication management and patient care for diverse age groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Ability to interpret prescriptions accurately and manage complex medication regimens.
- Extreme attention to detail in record keeping, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining proper licensure within pharmacy practice.
