You will be instrumental in maintaining smooth production flows, supporting team collaboration, and upholding safety protocols across the facility.

Duties

- Operate press pants machinery to shape and form materials accurately according to specifications.
- Use power tools, hand tools, and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment to assist in manufacturing processes.
- Conduct mechanical inspections of equipment, including calibrating with calipers and other measuring devices to ensure precision.
- Assist with assembly tasks, ensuring components are correctly aligned and secured during production runs.
- Perform heavy lifting when handling raw materials or finished products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machinery issues and optimize workflow processes.





Experience

- Prior experience working with woodworking, machining, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse procedures is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction or industrial machinery enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Experience using CNC machines, power tools, hand tools, calipers, and other precision measurement instruments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Background in assembly processes within manufacturing or construction sectors will support your success here.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse environments is essential.
