Role Description:

The Principal Architect, ServiceNow, CPQ & Logik is a full-time role responsible for leading the technical vision and solution design across ServiceNow, CPQ, and Logik implementations. This role develops end-to-end architectures, translates business requirements into scalable, secure designs, and ensures alignment with enterprise standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams through architectural decisions, and overseeing integration patterns between platforms and external systems. The Principal Architect reviews technical deliverables, provides hands-on support during software development and configuration, and mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle. This role also mentors team members,



contributes to best practices, and supports pre-sales and discovery efforts by presenting solution approaches to clients.

Qualifications:

- Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience defining enterprise-grade solutions across ServiceNow, CPQ, and Logik.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, including designing, configuring, and customizing complex platform-based solutions.
- Proficiency in Integration approaches, APIs, and middleware, ensuring reliable data flows between ServiceNow, CPQ, Logik, and other enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, estimation, stakeholder communication, and oversight of technical deliverables.
- Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/CSM or similar modules), CPQ platforms, and rules/logic engines such as Logik, or equivalent technologies.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading architecture on large-scale B2B or enterprise digital transformation projects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow, architecture, or project management) are a plus.
