All Out Gu0026D Lil Miss Tinter
Saskatchewan
No experience required. Willing to train the right person.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who wants to learn the production side of the graphics and signage industry and become exceptionally good at it.
Let's be explicit about what this job actually involves.
This is NOT a graphic designer position.
This is a hands-on production position where accuracy, organization, efficiency, and accountability matter every single day.
Some days you'll be printing exciting vehicle wraps and large commercial graphics.
Other days you'll be laminating, trimming, weeding vinyl, preparing installation materials, organizing jobs, and repeating the same processes for hours.
Sometimes a print doesn't turn out correctly. Sometimes material gets wasted. Sometimes a machine needs troubleshooting. And sometimes you'll have multiple jobs that all need to be completed on a deadline.
That's production.
If you're looking for a relaxed job where you can work at your own pace, this probably isn't the position for you.
If you enjoy working with equipment, solving problems, learning technical skills, and seeing the physical results of your work, keep reading.
We will train the right person, but we expect you to take that training seriously.
This is an opportunity to learn a specialized skill and become an important part of a company that has been operating for more than a decade.
As your skills, efficiency, independence, and responsibilities increase, so can your earning potential.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a career with us, not someone who is simply looking for their next temporary job.
Your responsibilities will include
Print and graphics production
- Operate and learn large-format printers, laminators and vinyl cutters
- Print vehicle wraps, decals, signage and commercial graphics
- Laminate, trim, weed and mask vinyl graphics
- Prepare materials for vehicle wraps and signage installations
- Check print quality, measurements, quantities and materials before releasing jobs
- Learn basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
PPF and window tint production
- Learn to operate computerized film cutting equipment and pattern software
- Locate and select the correct vehicle patterns for PPF and window tint installations
- Verify vehicle year, make, model, trim and installation requirements
- Select the correct film type before cutting
- Cut PPF patterns accurately for installers
- Cut automotive window tint patterns accurately
- Prepare and organize film patterns by vehicle, job and installer
- Check that all required pieces are included before releasing materials
- Handle and store film properly to prevent damage and contamination
- Communicate with installers when patterns, measurements or job details are unclear
- Minimize material waste by checking specifications before cutting
Production organization and accountability
- Review work orders and upcoming installation schedules
- Prioritize production so installers have materials ready when needed
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas
- Monitor supplies and report low inventory
- Follow established production procedures
- Identify and report mistakes immediately
- Correct production errors when necessary
- Communicate clearly with installers and management
- Take initiative and recognize what needs to be completed without constant reminders
The goal is to become someone our installation team can depend on to have the correct materials prepared, accurately and on time.
No previous print, PPF, or tint experience is required.
