We are looking for an experienced Printing Press Operator to join our production team in Ontario, Canada.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital printing equipment, offset presses, or both. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of print quality and production efficiency.

Experience operating Ricoh digital presses and/or Heidelberg offset presses is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor Ricoh digital printing equipment and/or Heidelberg offset presses.
- Set up and prepare machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
- Review work orders and technical specifications before starting production.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain accurate registration, color consistency, and print quality.
- Perform test runs and inspect printed materials throughout the production process.
- Identify and troubleshoot printing defects and operational issues.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Monitor material usage and minimize production waste.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure production environment.

Qualifications




- Previous experience as a Printing Press Operator or Printing Machine Operator.
- Practical knowledge of digital printing and/or offset printing processes.
- Experience with Ricoh digital presses and/or Heidelberg printing presses is an asset.
- Understanding of paper stocks, substrates, color control, registration, and print quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and make operational adjustments.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Availability to work on-site in Ontario, Canada.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial printing or the graphic arts industry.
- Knowledge of print finishing processes and production workflows.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and quality control procedures.
