We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Product Specialist to join our team. As a Product

Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in understanding, promoting, and optimizing our products to meet the needs of our customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure our products exceed expectations and deliver exceptional value. Responsibilities

- Responding to emails, client contact, sales, problem solving, handling phone calls,
- Updating spreadsheets, must attend trade shows/customer visits, shipping and miscellaneous other job functions. Fast learner, accurate and advanced typing skills and ability to work independently. Devising and maintaining office systems.
- Develop a deep understanding of the products, including features, specifications, and applications.
- Provide product information and support to internal teams and external customers as needed.
- Assist with product demonstrations or presentations to showcase features and perks.



Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments,

and adjustments. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Complete documentation related to product tracking, labeling, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing,

and customer service, to support product initiatives and promotions.

- If require, safely handle, package, and label products for storage or shipment.
- Use equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move and transport products within the warehouse.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for all warehouse activities. Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to management promptly.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn current software.
- Letter writing/Drafting, Email correspondence, generating reports, understanding of shipping/receiving process
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have excellent speaking/writing skills
- Highly organized and flexible
- Prefer Forklift license, or training would be provided in future
- Prefer knowledge of product specialization and market specialization
