We’re looking for a Production Assistant - Embroidery Specialist to join our team!

What We’re Looking For

- Digitize logos and artwork for embroidery using industry-standard software
- Prepare and optimize files to ensure clean, accurate stitch results
- Operate commercial embroidery machines efficiently and safely
- Set up, run, and maintain heat press equipment for garment decoration
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to client specifications
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments during production
- Manage multiple jobs and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines
- Maintain an organized and clean work space and maintain proper care of equipment
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Reliable and punctual
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and positive
- A self-starter who takes initiative
- Great problem-solving skills
- A sense of humour and a willingness to have some fun at work!

What You’ll Be Doing Your days may include a little bit of everything, including:





- Custom apparel decorating - embroidery & pressing
- DTF and/or UV printing
- Assembly of trophies and awards
- Helping with production and general shop duties
- Taking on other tasks as needed

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 2+ years of embroidery experience within a print, apparel, or promotional products environment
- Proven experience with embroidery digitizing software
- Strong understanding of fabrics, threads and stitch types
- Experience operating commercial embroidery machines (e.g., multi-head machines)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
