This is for a 12–18-month contract.The Program Manager will play a critical role in driving program governance, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and delivering measurable outcomes. Acting as the central point of coordination, this role is responsible for ensuring that projects within each program are executed cohesively and effectively, while promoting collaboration and accountability across all levels of the organization.Lead the end-to-end management of programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.

Oversee interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and budget requirements.

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adjust plans proactively to maintain progress and alignment.

Track program performance using established KPIs, providing regular status updates and insights to leadership.

Support implementation of best practices and continuous improvement in program delivery methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

Additional training or certification in Agile, Lean, or Program Management is an asset.

5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within manufacturing, consumer goods, or industrial products.

Proven ability to manage complex,



cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.

Analytical thinker with a focus on problem-solving, risk mitigation, and data-informed decision-making.
