Duties

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse projects utilizing methodologies to ensure timely and within-budget and timely completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and budget oversight
- Manage stakeholder relationships by gathering requirements through structured requirements management processes and translating them into actionable project deliverables.
- Oversee vendor management activities to ensure quality standards are met and contractual obligations are fulfilled efficiently.
- Facilitate change management initiatives by communicating effectively across teams and ensuring smooth transitions during project implementations.




- Utilize data analysis skills and tools such to monitor project performance metrics and support decision-making processes.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients or partners.
- Supervise project teams by providing leadership, guidance , and fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of methodologies
- Demonstrated team management skills with supervisory experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
- Expertise in vendor management, risk assessment, budgeting, and project planning tools
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and tools to ensure clear scope definition.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences; excellent organizational skills for multitasking across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with product management concepts and product development cycles is a plus.
- Data analysis skills using platforms to support strategic decision-making processes.
